Nicola + Jack // The Old Marylebone Town Hall Wedding Photography

“Oh wow, thank you, we LOVE them!”

Nicola and Jack got married at the beautiful Old Town Hall, Marylebone. It was a wonderful city wedding, with beautiful moments, a few tears and so much love.

The ceremony took place in The Old Town Hall in Marylebone, in a large room called The Westminster. The ceremony began with beautiful readings from the children and finished with a big cheer from everyone with hugs all round. It was a moving ceremony, full of love.

After the ceremony, I left the couple to mingle, and I carried on capturing the special moments. The Town Hall can be quite busy with couples coming and going but we were one of the last weddings on the day and were under no pressure to hurry along.

After the congratulations and catching up we hailed a cab and headed to Quaglino's in Mayfair for some drinks and good food. The private dining area in Quaglino's has a good balance, discreet enough to enjoy undisturbed dining while also allowing us to enjoy the live entertainment for the evening. A brilliant day, and I'm sure you'll agree with me, a beautiful couple with wonderful family and friends.

Let go of perfection and enjoy the moments

For me, wedding photography should be all about your day as it happens. Some things will go as planned, some things won't, I encourage you to let go of perfection and celebrate the perfectly imperfect. There's nothing better than a moment as it was, not polished or staged, captured and to be enjoyed for years to come.
